Prepare for an action-packed day of fun and fitness at our Adult Field Day Experience! Teams will kick off the event by dividing up and engaging in partner warm-ups to get energized. Athletes will then compete in thrilling team relays, team competitions and a refreshing “Storm the Ocean” swim. Bring your enthusiasm, team spirit, and essentials for a memorable day of friendly competition and endless fun!
